Commentary/Opinion/Speculation;
The Puerto Rico UFO incidents and their E.T. Hwy and the Laguna and the South West areas have been for years, the scene of many sightings by the National Guard and the U.S.Navy which apparently resulted in a treaty-of-a-kind, till this day these matters have not been definitively resolved.
Hundreds of people saw this object, illuminated by bright lights, flying at a low altitude over a residential part of Levittown, Puerto Rico, in 1980. Police Officer José Cordero took ten photos with his Polaroid camera
